ENP 2006 - Entrepreneurial Legal Issues Credits: 3(3-0) Formerly ENP 206 The student will explore legal issues related to business entities including sole proprietorship, general partnerships, limited partnerships, and corporations. Students will review contract law, articles of incorporation and the filing process, employment law (including Fair Employment Practice Act (FEPA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), personnel policies and procedures, the hiring process, job descriptions, disciplinary actions, and business insurance.
