PLU 1030 - Basic Waste & Vent

Enables the student to design drain, waste and vent systems. Chapters 7 and 9 of the plumbing code are discussed in the classroom and applied in the shop. Includes DWV materials, sizing systems, terminology, practical application of code tables, traps and interceptors. Students design DWV systems and build the system in the shop, thereby developing isometric drawing skills.
