CNG 121 - Computer Technician I: A+

Provides students with an in-depth look at personal computer hardware, introduces O.S. features and security concepts, and covers interpersonal skills, all of the which are necessary for a successful entry level computer service technician position. Provides extensive hands-on work with computer systems, PC set-up and configuration, and basic maintenance and troubleshooting. This course helps prepare you for the Comp TIA A+ Essentials Exam.
