Formerly CNG 121 Provides students with an in-depth look at personal computer hardware, introduces networking concepts, and covers operational procedures and troubleshooting, all of the which are necessary for a successful entry-level computer service technician position. Provides extensive hands-on work with computer systems, PC set-up and configuration, and basic maintenance and troubleshooting. This course helps prepare you for the Comp TIA A+ Essentials Exam.
