SBM 151 - Marketing and Risk Management I Credits: 9(9-0) Emphasizes identification of strengths and weaknesses of the business and applying them to development of plans for the business. Includes development of marketing goals and objectives. Development of budgets, including marketing, into the total operating budget and activities of the business. Provides a review of existing financial trends and activities for further analysis of the small business, measuring past and present performance, and developing risk management plans. Prerequisite(s): Instructor permission.
