IND 107 - History of Interior Design Credits: 3(3-0) Offers a study of interiors and furnishings from the medieval period to the Revival styles of the mid-eighteenth century to the contemporary classics used in modern interiors today. The course provides study of interior and exterior architectural elements, furniture, design motifs and ornamentation, fine arts and construction methods as it relates to the cultural, political, social, technological and economic conditions of the times. Prerequisite(s): none.
